Absolutely phenomenal realtor, Megan honestly did so much more for us than I would have ever felt comfortable asking. She scheduled and managed over a dozen viewings on next to zero notice as properties came on and went off market so much faster than we'd expected. All of her recommended vendors were clearly vetted and completely professional. During viewings, she was very thorough and ensured that any shortcomings or issues with a home's structure or design were visible to both my wife and myself without either of us needing to point out this sinking foundation or that improperly wired outlet. Additionally, by probably the second viewing, she'd identified some aspects of our taste and design preference that we'd been unable to put into words.
